Overall: I suspect the "red wine barrel" was pinot noir, as the tannin level was relatively low and the aroma profile was more similar to red fruits instead of black fruits. Complex but really odd, so much lactic, maybe some acetone?
从相对低的单宁含量和偏红果的风味特征出发,我猜这个所谓的“红葡萄酒桶”应该是黑皮诺。风味很复杂,但真有点怪啊,这么多乳酸味,可能还有丙酮味?

入杯是浑浊的橙黄色,白色泡沫细腻持久,香气是腌渍杨梅的酸甜,还有梨子的清香,尾端还有一些酵母菌株带来的乳酸味道,入口酒体薄厚适中,沙口感偏高,风味上基本和香气同步走,微微酸甜咸口的腌渍杨梅味道和酸酸微涩的梨子被一点乳酸风味惯连,非常舒服的在口腔中回转,收口一点点的涩味洗刷味蕾,很干脆,干净

泡沫丰富,酒体浅黄色浑浊,闻着是标准的兰比克贵兹味道,入口更多一些年轻兰比克酒体味道,鲜嫩的兰比克味道,沙口感充足,回口弱一点的橡木桶桶陈味道出现,兰比克酒体味道依旧很浓郁,暖喉感适中,收口比较干净,一点点舌根酸粘感残留。总体感觉很不错,很易饮舒服的兰比克,完全喝不出来是美国人做的,很像传统比利时的兰比克,只是酒体更偏向于年轻兰比克味道,陈年兰比克味道和橡木桶桶陈味道弱了一些,有点不够火候的感觉,但实在也是品质很高的兰比克贵兹了,非常好喝,个人非常喜欢。
