Sampling a cellar temp 11.2 oz bottle poured into a snifter. the beer pours a dark chocolate brown color with fizzy beige head of 1.5 cm foaming up and then fading to a sturdy edge layer with one large island in the center of my glass.
The aroma is rich and fairly sweet with chocolate and some roasted malt and a bit of vanilla and ready cookie aroma. No hops and the booze is pretty well hidden at this point.
First sip reveals a silky smooth texture and sort of thick body. the carbonation is soft and fine and rolls gently across my palate with each mouthful.
Flavor is sweet and chocolatey with some hints of vanilla and roasted coffee too, but just enough to balance the sweetness of the beer. I dont get any hops and the booze is very well hidden on this glass of 11%brew.
I dont get any Belgian character on this one and find it to be chocolate dominant. Its good, but I hoped there would be a little more complexity from the yeast or Belgian candi or something. It is fairly one dimensional, good for what it is but was hoping for more.

卡斯特巧克力四料，又称邪恶巧克力。可以说大名鼎鼎！开瓶浓郁的巧克力和焦糖味道，黑色的酒体看着有点水，泡沫细密持久。入口就是浓郁醇厚的巧克力焦糖咖啡的味道，非常明显！中段酒精味道开始显现出来，11度的酒精含量不断刺激口腔，可能因为我不喝白酒，甚至会有灼烧感。下咽后口腔会很干，忍不住想喝下一口！
不同于传统修道院四料啤酒，可以说性价比很高，个人本来就喜欢巧克力咖啡的味道。适合这个寒冷的冬天。很赞，推荐品尝，死前必喝！！！

大名鼎鼎的卡斯特巧克力，一开瓶盖就闻到了浓浓的巧克力味，可是紧接着口感却不是很厚重的巧克力感觉，反而是有点轻薄，在修道院四料中可以算是一个小清新的存在了。
这瓶卡斯特巧克力给人了一种奇怪的感受，从日前种草它，到真正尝到它的味道，中间有很大的差异，这个落差让我在品饮时总感觉怪怪的。只有那强烈的巧克力味道，时刻提醒我这是一瓶与众不同的四料。

浓郁的牛奶巧克力的香气和甜味，以及咖啡的香气。
入口就感觉到了酒精，主要是巧克力，后面能感觉到咖啡的味道。巧克力的味道确实很不错，但酒精味太重了点，影响品尝。
这款酒感觉最大的优点就是牛奶巧克力的香气，味道反而没香气棒。
11度的酒精喝了后口干，这么烈的啤酒少喝比较好。

香气：浓重的巧克力，咖啡，焦糖，焦麦芽香气；酒精味儿明显。
颜色：可乐色透光酒体，泡沫较丰富持久。
味道：很甜，巧克力味，焦糖味，麦芽焦糊味，酒精味儿。
感受：味道有点像健力士😂价格实惠，没大毛病。

开瓶以后 淡淡的巧克力香气 已经完美地诠释了他的酒名CHOCALATE QUAD 倒进杯中 泡沫比罗十泡沫稍少一点
大口尝一口 巧克力的香气在口中淡雅地渗开来 转瞬即逝 接着是优秀四料的风味 烘烤麦芽与焦糖风味价值 奠定了此酒的基础分 而酒精感则压得死死的 表现很完美 平衡感满分
回味 是开头那股淡雅的巧克力风味 美妙至极

很顺滑的感觉。酒精的感受比较明显，但是入口很顺滑。巧克力味道不错，属于好入口的那种，很讨喜的感觉。
